Workspace Section

The Workspace section is used to manage workspace settings, user access, and organizational information within the CRM.

It contains the following configuration options:

• General – Configure company details, workspace information, branding settings, contact information, and workspace mappings.
• Team Members – Add and manage users associated with the workspace.
• Service Accounts – Configure service accounts used for integrations and system-level operations.
• Roles and Permissions – Define user roles and control access to CRM features and modules.
• Activity Log – View activities and actions performed within the workspace.
• Subscriptions – Manage subscription plans and related account information.

Purpose of the Workspace Section

The Workspace section serves as a central location for managing organizational settings, user access, security controls, and workspace-level configurations required for CRM operations.
