The workflow module helps to automate and streamline repetitive business processes with one new contact or existing user by capturing the data manually or automatically (form). It also ensures tasks are executed consistently, on time, and with minimal manual intervention. CRM Fab Builder software is integrated with a virtual representation of the workflow pipeline, helping users understand and build the workflow more effectively

To access the Workflow module, follow the process outlined below: 1.Click the Three-Dot Menu from the left navigation panel. 2.Select Workflow from the available modules. The Workflow module page will open, displaying all existing workflows and available workflow management options.
