This is the Lead / Contact Profile – General screen in CRM FAB Builder. It displays complete information about a selected lead and provides quick access to related actions and modules.
Main sections:
- Left Sidebar (Lead Menu):
- Provides navigation for the selected lead, including:
- General: Basic contact details
- Chat: View and send messages to the lead
- Nudge User: Send reminders or nudges
- Funnels: View lead progress in funnels
- Orders: Track purchases or orders
- Documents: Manage related files
- Workflow Stats: View automation and workflow activity
- Timeline: See complete interaction history
- Center Panel – Contact Info:
- Social Media: Linked social profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) with edit option.
- General Details: Editable fields such as source, lead number, customer ID, name, phone, email, WhatsApp, status, and other contact details.
- Tags: Add or view tags for segmentation.
- Groups: Assign the lead to specific groups.
- Right Panel – Productivity Widgets:
- My Tasks: Shows tasks related to the lead or prompts to create tasks.
