CRM FAB Builder provides businesses with double-layer security for data protection through two-factor authentication menu tabs in the “My Settings” panel.
Provide a double layer of security for the user account by following the steps as mentioned below.
Step 1 & 2 – Click “Two-Factor Authentication (TFA)” sub menu tab in the “My Settings” menu tab. The TFA screen appears on the screen.
Step 3 – Enable the Google TFA setting, Google Authenticator screen will display a QR code.
Step 4 – Scan the QR code to access the “Google Authenticator app”, then save the six-digit code on the screen generated on your mobile phone.
Step 5- Provide one layer of safety; the user must enter a six-digit code. Click on the save button.
Next, to enable the second layer of protection, select Passcode bar. This action will generate a passcode pop-up window that requires a four-digit password to provide an extra layer of protection to the user account. First-time users must save this password for future reference.
Step 6- Enter a four-digit password and click on the save button.
