Purpose

TheTeam Membersscreen is used to invite, manage, and monitor users within the workspace. Administrators can assign roles, manage access, and track the status of team members.

Screen Components

1. Team Quota Information

• Displays the total number of team members allowed in the subscription.

• Shows the remaining quota available for inviting new members.

2. Information Panel

• Provides an overview of team member management.

• Includes quick-help options:

  • How to Manage Team Member

  • Watch Video

3. Search Members

• Used to search and locate team members.

4. Invite Button

• Opens the invitation screen to add a new team member to the workspace.

5. Team Member Listing
Displays all invited team members along with:

• Name

• Email Address

• Status

• Assigned Roles

6. Action Options
Available actions may include:

• Edit Team Member

• Activate/Deactivate Team Member

• View Team Member Details
