To send the template message by the team in an automated flow, this feature can be added by following the steps mentioned below,
The user can edit the details of the user by clicking on the edit details button in the top right corner.
5. Click on sync the template, a new pop-up window with a new lead capture/lead grooming will appear.
6. Enter all details: Name (the new lead capture/grooming) > Category > Identifier > Subject > Body.
7. Click on the save button.
Now, the template is attached to a specific lead in the CRM workflow.
