How to Sign In to FAB CRM Using Email, Google, or WhatsApp

Here are the steps to log in to FAB CRM:

1. Open FAB Builder in your browser.

2. From the top navigation bar, click on the Products menu.

3. In the Products dropdown, click Customer Experience to open the Customer Experience page.

4. On the Customer Experience page, click the Try for Free button to access the login page.Screen- Signin/Sign Up Step

After clicking the Try for Free button, the user will be redirected to the CRM Sign In page.

5.Click on Sign in for existing user. 

This screen also provides two additional options for signing in using either a Google Account or a WhatsApp account.

If the user is accessing the platform for the first time, click on the Sign Up option available on the Sign In screen.

1. Enter the required registration details to create a new account.
2. Click on Sign Up button.

Onboarding Details

After successful registration, the user will be redirected to the onboarding screen to Add following details

• Company Details-Screen- Add Company Details
• Business goals Screen- Add Bussiness Goal

After completing above details user is redirected  CRM Home dashboard.
