Short Message

Screen Description

The Short Message screen allows users to view, create, and delete predefined short messages that can be used for quick customer communication.

Screen Elements

a. Short Message Page Title

• Displays the name of the current screen, Short Message.

b. Short Message List

• Displays all existing short messages that have been created in the system.

• Each message is listed in the Short Message column.

c. Add Message

• Opens the Add Message dialog box.

• Users can create a new short message by entering the required text and saving it.

d. Action

• Displays available actions for each short message.

• Users can delete an existing short message by clicking the delete icon associated with the message.

Steps to Add a Short Message

1. Go to Settings.

2. Select Data.

3. Click Short Message.

4. Click Add Message.

 5.Enter the short message and click Save.

Result:The short message is added successfully and displayed in the list.
