Tags Screen

Purpose

The Tags screen is used to create and manage tags for organizing and categorizing contacts or leads. Tags help users group records based on specific criteria, making it easier to filter, segment, and manage data.

Screen Components

1. Tag Information Panel

Provides an overview of tags and their purpose within the CRM.

2. Add Tag

Allows users to create a new tag.

3. Tags List

Displays all available tags along with the following details:

• Tag Name

• Tag Color

4. Action

Allows users to manage existing tags.

• Edit – Modify the tag name or color.

• Delete – Remove the tag from the system.
