Service Accounts Screen

App → Workspace → Service Accounts

Purpose

The Service Accounts screen is used to manage service accounts that support automated processes, integrations, and system-level operations within the CRM.

Screen Components

1. Create Service Account

• Used to create a new service account for integrations and automated system activities.

2. Service Account Listing

• Displays all configured service accounts along with:

  • Name

  • Email Address

  • Status

  • Assigned Role

3. Action Options

• Edit – Modify service account details.

• Activate/Deactivate – Enable or disable the service account.

• View – View service account information.

Purpose of the Screen

This screen provides a centralized location for creating, managing, and monitoring service accounts used for integrations and automated CRM operations.
