The App screen allows users to manage and control all third-party and internal applications integrated with the CRM.
Screen- App
Users can access this screen from the left sidebar under Settings → App & Integration → App.
Key elements on the App screen
1. App Cards
Each card represents one application integrated with the CRM, such as: Zoom Leads,Zoom,Facebook Lead,Gsheet,Lead Funnel.
2. Action Buttons
Based on the app status, users will see different actions:
- Enable-Activates the app integration for the first time.
- Configure-Used to set up the app by providing required permissions or credentials.
- Re-Configure-Modify or update existing app settings (for example, changing accounts or sync rules).
- Disable-Temporarily stops the integration without deleting its configuration.
