If business users need to view users’ details in respective segments and Groups must follow the steps mentioned.
Step 1 – Click on the chat section that is directed to the segment section or the group section.
Step 2 – Click on the segment/group section to get the segment/ group details mentioned just below the left-side pane area.
Step 3 – Select the specific segment (e.g., Instagram)/group name listed on the segment/group area that contains contact details on the left side pane area, which segment /group list to be viewed.
Step 4 – Click on the button at the top right corner to view the list of members of respective segments or groups.
