Missed Opportunities

Overview

The Missed Opportunities module displays leads that require additional follow-up or re-engagement. It helps users review lead information, assign ownership, and create follow-up tasks to ensure potential opportunities are not overlooked.

Screen Components

Lead List

Displays all missed opportunity leads available for review and follow-up.

Lead Details Panel

Selecting a lead opens the Lead Details panel, which provides complete information about the selected lead.

The panel includes the following tabs:

• General– View lead information and contact details.

• Tasks– Create and manage tasks related to the lead.

• Notes– View and maintain lead notes.

• Timeline– Track lead activities and interactions.

• AI Summary– Review AI-generated insights about the lead.

• Chat– View communication history with the lead.
