Purpose: Identify which lead sources are most effective for conversion.
Components:
a. Pie chart or bar chart by source
b. Source-wise lead count and success rate
Note: Each tab changes the content of the dashboard accordingly, and follow the same steps to get the table and pie chart as mentioned above in the lead funnel stats.
This feature allows users to add new funnels corresponding to the segment name.
Step 1 – Click on the Add New Funnel button in the top right corner
Step 2 – Fill in all details displayed in the pop-up screen
Funnel > Funnel color > Segment > Discription > Image > Upload > Save
Step 3 – Click on save
After clicking on save, a new screen of View Lead will show the details. The same screen of View Lead can be navigated by going back to the funnel screen, which lists a new funnel with other details.
Step 1 – First, click the App Integration button located at the bottom left corner of the blue bar. This click will navigate to the App section from the drop-down menu set by default on the left side panel. The app will direct to a new screen listing different apps on the right side panel.
Step 2 – Click on the Configure/Reconfigure button under be Lead Funnel icon as shown below. After clicking on the Configure button, the following pop-up window of Update appears on the App screen. Enter all details and click on the SAVE button.
Step 3 – Click on the Enable button.
Now, the lead funnel is enabled on the blue bar as shown.
