Lead Schema Screen

Settings → Data → Lead Schema

Purpose

The Lead Schema screen is used to manage lead data fields within the CRM. Users can create, enable, disable, edit, and organize lead fields that will be available while creating or managing leads.

Screen Components

a. Lead Schema List

Displays all configured lead fields with the following details:

• Name – Display name of the field.
• ID – Unique system identifier of the field.
• Type – Data type of the field (Text, Number, Date, etc.).
• Enable – Enables or disables the field.
• Use in Profile – Determines whether the field appears in the lead profile.
• Action – Edit or Delete the field.

b. Add Fields

Allows users to create and add a new custom field to the Lead Schema.
