If a business user needs to change or edit the details area of the user, below are the steps to be followed.
Step 1 – Click on the chat section that directs to the message section or the user section.
Step 2 – Click on the message section (for existing business users) / user section (for first-time business users) to get the users' (clients) details mentioned just below- side pane area.
Step 3 – Select the user’s name listed in the message area /user contact details on the left side pane area, which indicates any change or Modification in detail.
Step 4 – Click on an icon as mentioned. This click navigates to another screen, which displays a specific user’s details. Correct all fields if required to change and click the save button.
Now new details of the user will be saved in CRM which could be accessed by any module
