Interactions

Further scrolling down displays the section named “Interactions”. This section displays user interaction with lead count data for a specific time interval. 

Screen-Interaction

At the top right corner of the “Interactions” section, a date filter is provided. This allows users to select a specific number of days, which updates the data shown for all charts within this section. 

• Count of user Activity – The graph represents the count of support interactions initiated by the business team and status of messages (processed / error/total sent) corresponding time interval.   
• Count of sender by date – In this section, the graph shows the count of support interactions initiated by the sender (business team).  
• Message Status by Date – These graphs represent the number of template messages sent by the sender over a certain time interval (days, weeks).
