Insights
Insight is a record or log of interactions and communication activities (like messages sent or received) performed by users through different channels inside the CRM. It provides visibility into user actions, helping teams track progress, follow-ups, or client engagement. This module screen also allows the user to send the message to clients.
User can find the insight module on the main navigation after clicking on three dot. It provides access to Insights, Tasks, and Missed Opportunities tabs with other filter tabs at the top right corner of the screen. By default, the Insights tab is selected once user lands on insight page.
The screen is labelled as follows-
