The Filter Segment button gives quick access to filter by the segment name.
These features of the people module narrow down the people’s data more precisely by using the filter segment tab. The user can save a segment name based on future customer requirements. Additionally, this setting allows the user to add custom fields and create new attributes to make the CRM more flexible and tailored. Refer to the instructions provided below to filter the data by segment :
Step 1—Click on the people module. A new screen of the people module appears.
Step 2--Hover the cursor over the filter segment and select the filter segment. A new drop-down menu lists the segment name or can be customized by setting. (select segment name, e.g., important N).
As soon as the filter segment is clicked, the left panel of the people dashboard pops up and displays different menu tabs to filter the segment.
Step 3—click on “Rule” tab. The user can also select “Group” to add more rules to filter data precisely as per business requirements.
Step 4 – Select and enter the field details (e.g., tag) or click on new fields as required (optional)
Then, click on Apply to filter the data.
Step 5 – Click on save the segment for future reference (optional).
New details of people for the given field will appear in the right-hand panel.
Email selector box – a checkbox to select entries.
Contact information column – Contact details Email, Firstname, Last name, Phone, WhatsApp created at once, contact added)
Audience – Allows the user to add audience (discussed in the add audience setting).
Grid toggle – Change the attribute and details of the audience added in the CRM system.
Copy Button -- Allows the business to copy the lead number.
