To display or hide specific columns from the People list, the grid button at the top right corner of the main screen can be used. Users can also select additional attributes on the people module screen. Users must follow the steps. To select the desired columns for the people list, select the grid icon located on the top right side panel corner, as indicated in the screen below. Select or unselect the checkbox associated with the columns to display or hide respectively.
A new attribute other than details (Email, First Name, Last Name, Phone, Created At ) of the customer /lead is displayed on the people screen dashboard, shown by enabling the attribute.
Note – In default settings, the email attribute cannot be disabled like other personal details.
