Manage funnel stages to organize and track lead progression through different phases of the sales process.

Prerequisites

  • The Lead Funnel feature must be enabled.
  • A funnel must already exist.
  • Users must have permission to edit funnel settings.


 

Delete Funnel Stage

Steps

  1. Go to the Funnel module.
  2. Select the funnel from menu card.

3.Select the required funnel and clickView Leads

4.Click the Edit button in the top-right corner of the funnel view.

The Funnel Stages configuration screen opens and displays all existing stages

5.Select the stage and click on three dot to that Stage. (e.g.converted)

A pop screen will appear which contains the following details such as:

  • Edit
  • Configure template
  • Add Checklist
  • Set Prerequisite
  • Delete 
6.Select Delete option from the list.
Updated details now reflected on selected funnel lane.
