This section introduces the business user to create a ‘’Groups” of people who are added in “People” before. This group's settings guide users to set a group of people that is used under the “Chat module” later. The following steps will guide the user to create a group.
1. Once people are added in the people module, click on the check box of audience details to add the people as shown, which enables a three-dot menu at the top right corner.
2. Click on the three dots. The Add group people window will pop up.
3. Click on the add group icon. This tab directs to another screen for creating a group.
4. Enter all details of creating the group pop-up window.
