Create Tag

Prerequisite

User must have access to Tag Management.

Steps

  1. Go to  App or Settings.
  2. ExpandData.
  3. ClickTags.
  4. Click Add Tag

5.Enter the tag Title.
6.Select a Tag color.
7.Click Save.

Result

The new tag is added to the Tags list and becomes available for use.

Edit Tag

Steps

  1. Go to App or Settings
  2.  Expand Data
  3. Select Tag.
  4. Locate the required tag and Click the Edit icon.
  5. Update the tag details.
  6. Click Save.

Result

The selected tag is updated successfully.

Delete Tag

Steps

  1. Go to App or Settings 
  2. Expand Data
  3. Select Tags.
  4. Locate the required tag and Click the Delete icon.

5.Confirm the deletion.

Result

The selected tag is removed from the Tags list.
