TradeIndia Integration with CRM

Overview

The TradeIndia integration enables automatic capture of leads into the CRM. Once configured, all enquiries received from TradeIndia are pushed to the CRM in real-time. This helps in reducing manual effort and ensures efficient lead management.

Prerequisites

• Active TradeIndia business account
• Access to TradeIndia account credentials (User ID, Profile ID, Key)
• CRM access with App & Integration permissions

Required Credentials

The following details are required from TradeIndia:

• User ID
• Profile ID
• Key

Configuration Steps

After successful login, the user should navigate to the App module from the left-side navigation panel.

1. Click on App module
2. Navigate to App & Integration → App.Search and select TradeIndia.
3. Click on Configure.

4.Enter the following details:

• Name
• User ID
• Profile ID
• Key
• (Optional) Enable Pin in left menu.
• Configure Field Mapping by selecting one attribute from each dropdown.

Note: Proper field mapping is important to ensure all incoming lead data is stored accurately in the CRM. Incorrect mapping may result in missing or mismatched information. Field Mapping Responsibility

Field mapping is defined by the business/client team (or configured by the CRM team on request) to ensure accurate lead details are saved correctly in the CRM.

5.Click on Save.

Validation

1. Save the configuration successfully.
2. Generate a test enquiry from TradeIndia.
3. Verify that the lead is received in CRM.
