TG Paid Groups or Channels Integration with FAB CRM
Overview
TG Paid Groups or Channels integration enables the CRM to manage paid Telegram groups or channels.
It allows businesses to automate user access to Telegram groups/channels based on subscription plans, ensuring a smooth and automated membership management process.
Prerequisites
Ensure the following before starting the integration:
- Active Telegram group or channel
- Admin access to the Telegram group/channel
- Invite link for the group/channel
- Configured payment gateway in CRM
- Plan IDs created in CRM
- Admin access to FAB CRM
- Stable internet connection
Configuration Details
The following details are required during setup:
- Group or Channel – Select the Telegram group or channel
- Invite Link – Telegram invite link for users
- Support Contact – Contact details for user support
- Configured Payment Gateway – Select the payment gateway
- Plan IDs (comma separated) – Enter plan IDs linked to access
How It Works
- User subscribes to a plan via CRM
- Payment is processed through the selected payment gateway
- CRM verifies the subscription
- User receives access to the Telegram group/channel via invite link
- Access can be managed based on plan validity
Flow:
User Subscription → Payment → CRM → Telegram Access → User Joined
Configuration Steps
After successfully logging in to the CRM system, follow the steps below to configure TG Paid Groups or Channels
- Navigate to the App module
- Go to:Workspace → App & Integration → App
- Search for TG Paid Groups or Channels.Click on Configure

4.Enter the required details:
- Name (default: TG Paid Groups or Channels)
- Select Group or Channel
- Enter Invite Link
- Enter Support Contact
- Select Configured Payment Gateway
- Enter Plan IDs (comma separated)
- (Optional) Enable Pin in Left Menu
5.Click on Save.

Validation Outcome
After completing the configuration:
- The system validates the entered details
- If all details are correct, the integration is activated
- If any detail is incorrect or missing, validation fails
- Once validated, users can start managing paid access to Telegram groups/channels
