Telegram integration enables communication between CRM and users via Telegram bot. It allows sending and receiving messages through a configured Telegram bot.

• Permissions to configure channels
Following credentials are required for integration
From Telegram:
• Bot Token
• Bot Name
From CRM:
• Endpoint URL
1. User configures Telegram bot in CRM
2. CRM connects using Bot Token
3. Messages sent from CRM to Telegram
4. User replies via Telegram
5. CRM receives and displays messages
After successfully logging in to the CRM system via https://cs.fabbuilder.com/, follow the steps below to configure Whatsapp:

Ensure configuration saved successfully and no errors appear.
After successful configuration, Telegram is added to the Communication Channels and is ready to use for sending messages to leads. Users can communicate with contacts directly through the Telegram channel from the CRM.
