Judge Me Integration – Documentation
Overview
Judge.me is a review and rating platform that can be integrated with CRM (FabBuilder) to manage customer feedback and product reviews.
Once integrated, it allows CRM to connect with Judge.me using API and access review-related data.
Purpose of Integration
Judge.me integration with CRM enables:
- Collect and manage customer reviews
- Access product ratings data
- Improve customer feedback tracking
- Enhance product insights
- Support better decision-making
Prerequisites
Before starting the integration, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
- Active CRM (FabBuilder) account
- Admin access to CRM
- Active Judge.me account
- Access to API token
- API access enabled
Required Credentials
The following credential is required for successful integration:
- API Token – Provided by Judge.me for authentication
Note: API Token is generated from the Judge.me dashboard.
Configuration Steps
After successful login, navigate to the App module from the left-side navigation panel.
1Click on App module
2.Navigate to App & Integration → App
3.Search and select Judge Me.Click on Configure
Screen- Access to Judge Me
4.Enter the following details:
- Enter Name
- API Token
- (Optional) Enable Pin in Left Menu
Screen- Judge Me configuration
5.Click Save
Validation
- Configuration saved successfully
- No error message appears
- Integration status becomes active
- Connection with Judge.me is established
Working / Use Case
- CRM connects to Judge.me using API Token
- Reviews and ratings data can be accessed
- Businesses can analyze customer feedback
- Helps improve product quality and service
