FAB Analytics Integration – Documentation
Overview
FAB Analytics is an analytics application that needs to be integrated with the CRM (FabBuilder) to enable tracking and reporting features.
Once integrated, it provides insights into user activity, communication trends, and system performance through dashboards. It also provides analytics of the website that is integrated with the analytics tool, helping track user behavior, engagement, and performance metrics.
Purpose of Integration
FAB Analytics integration with CRM enables:
- Enables analytics tracking within the CRM
- Monitors user interactions
- Analyzes communication channels
- Tracks template usage
- Provides data-driven insights
Prerequisites
Before starting the integration, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
- Active CRM (FabBuilder) account
- Admin access to CRM
- Access to FAB Analytics credentials
- API access enabled
Required Credentials
The following credentials are required for successful integration:
- Client ID – Provided by the FAB Analytics platform for authentication
- Client Secret – Provided by the FAB Analytics platform for secure access
- Account ID – Unique identifier of the client account in FAB Analytics
Configuration Steps
After successful login, navigate to the App module from the left-side navigation panel.
- Click on App module
- Navigate to App & Integration → App
- Search and select FAB Analytics.Click on Configure.
Screen- Access to Fab Analytics
4.Enter the following details:
- Enter Name,
- Client ID,
- Client Secret
- Account ID.
- (Optional) Enable Pin in Left Menu.

5.Click Save.
Validation
- Configuration saved successfully
- No error message appears
- Integration status becomes active
- Analytics dashboard is accessible
Analytics Data Representation in CRM
- Day-wise Interactions: Shows daily engagement trends
- Channel-wise Usage: Displays most used communication channels
- Template Usage: Shows most frequently used templates
