Apollo Integration – Documentation
Overview
Apollo.io is a sales intelligence platform that provides access to prospect and company data.
When integrated with CRM (FabBuilder), it enables the system to fetch and utilize this data for lead generation, allowing users to identify potential customers and support outreach and sales activities efficiently.
Purpose of Integration
Apollo integration with CRM enables:
- Fetch lead and contact data into CRM
- Support lead generation activities
- Access company and prospect information
- Improve sales outreach
- Reduce manual data entry
Prerequisites
Before starting the integration, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
- Active CRM (FabBuilder) account
- Admin access to CRM
- Active Apollo.io account
- Access to API Key
- API access enabled
Required Credentials
The following credential is required for successful integration:
- API Key – Provided from Apollo account
Note: API Key is generated from Apollo settings.
Simple Working Flow
Apollo provides leads from its own large database of companies and professionals . Data collected from public sources (LinkedIn, company
websites, etc.)
- Search Leads → From Apollo’s database
- Save Contacts → Create lists
- Send Emails → Automated outreach
- Track Activity → Opens, clicks, replies
- Sync with CRM → Push leads into CRM
Configuration Steps
After successful login, navigate to the App module from the left-side navigation panel.
- Click on App module
- Navigate to Workspace→ App & Integration → App
- Search and select Apollo.Click on Configure

4.Enter the following details:
- Enter Name
- API Key
- (Optional) Enable Pin in Left Menu

5.Click Save
Validation
- Configuration saved successfully
- No error message appears
- Integration status becomes active
- Data can be fetched from Apollo
Working / Use Case
- CRM connects to Apollo using API Key
- User searches for leads
- Apollo provides contact and company data
- Data can be used for outreach and sales activities
Output
- Apollo connected to CRM
- Lead data accessible
