Once all users are added by people module in CRM system, chat module is ready to compose message template.
Step1 – Click on chat module that which directs to message section or other sections.
Step 2 – Click on message section (for existing business users) / user section (for first time business user) to get the users(clients) details mentioned just below left- side pane area.
Step3 – Select the name from the list of contact details(left side just below message or other section) panel. Once the user’s name is selected, a new screen on right-side pane area will show selected user’s details.
This screen serves as chat screen.
Step 4—click on the tab “A Channel to compose message”. A new pop-up window of channel will appear.
Step 5- Once click on the “compose”. A new template screen will appear on the chat module dashboard.
Step 6—Then, select the template message and click on the send tab.
This template message can be viewed in the right panel of message section (or message inbox) or users’ section.
