Communication via WhatsApp Web

Prerequisites

  • The WhatsApp Web channel must be configured and active.
  • The contact must be available in the CRM.
  • Users must have permission to access the Chat module.

Steps

1.Go to the Chat module from the left-side navigation panel.
2.Select the Users section.

3.Select the required contact from the user list.The right-side panel displays the contact details, available communication channels, message composer, and chat history.
4.ClickAll Channels to open the list of available communication channels.
5.Select the WhatsApp Web channel.


7.Enter the message in the input field.

After the message is sent, users can view the conversation history in the chat panel.
