This feature is configured to add customers or leads individually or in bulk. It also offers additional features to add audience by importing data from a third party (e.g., Google Forms).
1. Click on the “+ Audience” button in the top right corner, which appears in the homepage area. The business team can add people either individually, in bulk, or by importing data. Select any one option at a time .
2. Click on add contact or import contact (suppose select add contact), which will navigate to a new pop-up “Add Audience” window.
3. Enter all the personal details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Source, Phone Number, and additional fields) by scrolling down.
4. Select the ADD button.
After following the above steps, a new people module navigation page will open with an additional widget on top of the page e.g., Import, Filter Tag Date Range,+ Sign For Assign To, Add Audience, A Grid For Additional Attributes with all add audience contact details will display in right panel as shown below.
