This section serves as a storage area for records that are no longer active but retained for reference, compliance, and historical analysis. If a business user needs to archive the data, they must follow the steps mentioned.
STEP 1 – Click on the chat section that is directed to the message section or user section
Step 2 – Click on the message section (for existing business users) / user section (for first-time business users) to get the users' (clients) details mentioned just below- side pane area.
Step 3 – Select the user’s name listed that needs to be archived in the message area /user contact details on the left side pane area in detail. This click will navigate to another screen, which displays a specific user’s details.
This new chat access, in the top right corner, the archive access button is located.
Step 4 – click on the button. This will open a new screen, in the top right corner, the archive tab is located.
Step 5 – select the archive/unarchive button to enable it
Press the ARCHIVE/unarchive button as required.
After this, the CRM system will show the updated details of the user list, which could be accessed by any module
