Prerequisite

User must have access to Settings and Lead Schema configuration.

Steps

1. Go to App or Settings.
2. Expand Data.
3. Click Lead Schema.
4. Click Add Fields.

5. Enter the required field details, including ID, Name, and Field Type.

6. Click Add Field to add another field configuration (optional).

7. Click Save to create the field and add it to the Lead Schema.

Result:
The new field is added to the Lead Schema and becomes available for lead management.
