Screen -Home

The above screen displays the Home screen of the CRM. This is the first page user is redirected to after a successful sign-up or first time sign in.

This screen allows the user to:

  • Navigate to different sections such as People, Chat, Insights, Forms, etc., using the left-side menu.
  • Access profile settings, notifications, and account options from the top-right corner.
  • Get quick access to manage Channels, Teams, Contacts, Funnels, and Tags.
  • View tutorial videos,resource and tips to understand the CRM features before starting to use the tool.

The Home screen acts as a starting point, helping users quickly explore and access the CRM’s core features.
