Dashboard
The CRM dashboard provides a lot of key information at a quick glance to business users by updating the status of workflow, lead conversion, and customer interaction analytics through various graphs and pie charts. The CRM dashboard is configurable per user and displays real-time information on the board.
After signing up, the user's Home page is as described in the previous section. The user can navigate to the Dashboard page by clicking on the CRM logo at the top left.
CRM FAB Builder dashboard is a real-time based centralized visual display of lead counts with its progress details, percentage of lead generation source, and verified leads, customer interaction counts for a specific time interval.
