Chat

The second menu item, on the left panel navigation, is “Chat” and appears in the default home page of the CRM (Screen – CRM FAB Builder). Chat module allows the business to send the messages based on segments, groups, or in bulk. One can compose a message with attachments and also send a message template.  

The chat module allows users to manage all communication-related configuration within the CRM. It provides the tool to perform the following tasks successfully 

  • Compose and send a message through different sections of the chat module 
  • Access, configure, and send a template message. 
  • Edit contact details of different sections of the chat module 
  •  Archive / unarchive details  
  • View the people listed within in segment andthe users section 
  • Allows sharing the contact details 

Chat provides the following four tabs in the left panel.  

  • Message  
  • Users  
  • Segment 
  • Groups  

This is a right panel screen that displays the same details as the CRM home page.
